I don't know Alex Ross but when i saw this picture in some gallery it was under Tasuku Iizuki...the girl did looked a bit off then any other of his works but i said no matter...
If this isn't one of Tasuku works sorry,i didn't know...

Uhhh....i'm not sure.I started it more then 2 weeks ago but i stopped a while,then started again so i'm not sure but it surely took alot of time since even base colors,lineart were putted by hand.I use Wacom tablet,it's the best thing for painting.

I know who drew it....you can find her on dA & her username is Getty.She has lots of other angel pictures,i'm trully a fan of her work.
